BAHO (波 - Wave) blends the calm, structured simplicity of Japanese design with Hamburg’s maritime soul and vibrant harbor cultures. We operate on a concept of dynamic balance—yin and yang—crafting the perfect environment for both active engagement and peaceful deceleration.

Each of our five corners represents a unique cultural harbor, pairing specialty coffee and native board games during the day, before transitioning into a moody craft cocktail bar when the sun sets.
